Join Lavallee Brensinger for a Member Led Workshop on the modern workplace!

Attracting and retaining the best and brightest staff is critical to the future of the workplace! This session will bring out the participants “inner designer” and provide tools that are relevant and justifiable. Together, we will balance the pros and cons of private offices, open workspaces and how one size does not fit all. What are employers offering their staff that encourages and supports them? What can Boomers and Gen Xers learn from Millennials? We’ll identify the best ideas from three generations. While office redesign is often viewed as an expensive undertaking, we will offer tips that can transform a workplace using existing talents and minimal resources. Studies have shown that even a change of color will have a positive effect on people…paint is cheap!
