How can a company implement its values, vision and mission at all levels of corporate decision-making? Can a company’s values, vision, and mission help attract investors and employees? How does a company balance the relative importance of values and profitability, especially when possible tensions between the two arise? Panelists Lisa Drake of Stonyfield Farm, Inc. and Mark Buckley of Staples, Inc. will be joined by moderator Dina Frutos-Bencze, Ph.D. of Saint Anselm College to discuss these questions, looking through the lens of good, smart, efficient and innovative business, rooted in a business ethic that always defaults to what is “right.” This event is free and open to the public, seating is limited and registration is required.
