Need a stress break? Want to unwind before the weekend? Join in on a powerful, guided meditation practice to undo stress, soothe the nervous system and feel good.

Facilitated by Jillian Kalosky. Jillian is passionate about helping others to navigate stress, anxiety, and addiction with mindfulness practices. Jillian took her first meditation course in 2010 after a series of health crises forced her to re-examine her out of control lifestyle and make wide-sweeping changes.  Since then, she has been steeped in mindfulness research, meditation courses and retreats, and developing her own courses.

Jillian’s teaching style is authentic, down-to-earth, and welcoming to all.  She tailors her classes so that everyone (beginners and experienced meditators alike) leaves with tools to implement in their lives and a sense of presence, calm, and peacefulness.
 
Feel Good Friday is held weekly from 8:00 to 8:45 a.m. in the YWCA NH Community Room and is free and open to the public. (Donations are welcome). You are encouraged to bring materials for your personal comfort and to aid in your meditation (e.g. yoga mat, small cushion or pillow). Please arrive on time so the meditation is not disturbed. There is no late admittance.
