The American Heart Association Manchester Go Red for Women Luncheon is an empowering event that will feature an experiential program designed to educate women about the risks and symptoms of heart disease and steps to improve their heart health. Cardiovascular diseases, which include stroke, claim the life of a women about every 80 seconds. Join us to help save the lives of our mothers, sisters, and friends.
The Luncheon will include a mindfulness session, CPR through virtual reality goggles, a heart-healthy cooking demo, blood pressure screening, and more!
