Join The Moore Center Annual Celebration with keynote speaker Randy Pierce who will share his story of overcoming diversity. Pierce lost his eyesight at 22 years old in two weeks due to a neurological disease. His illness returned and he was confined to a wheelchair. Eventually Pierce regained his strength and has become the first blind hiker to summit all forty-eight 4,000 foot mountains, run two Boston Marathons, compete in multiple “Tough Mudder” obstacle courses and climb Mt. Kilimanjaro with the help of his team of ten friends and his guide dog by his side.
