This class is geared toward anyone who manages a busy schedule and wants to eat healthy, cost effectively and prepare their meals efficiently.  By cooking seriously one day a week, the remaining six can be a breeze, even with the busiest of schedules!  Amy LaBelle will share her secrets to managing a growing business a busy family with two small children and eating great without a fuss.  Her menu planning ideas will make an enormous difference in how you view meal preparation.

Lemon-Pepper Hummus with julienne veggies — Dry Riesling

Roasting Bone-In Chicken Breast with Root Veggies and Brown Rice — Red Alchemy

Adobo Chicken Thighs
