Job Description
Salary: $65,000-$70,000, depending on experience

In Partnership with the Director of Substance Use Services, the Program Manager for the Willows Substance Use Treatment Center will plan and supervise all clinical and support staff, manage and provide direct clinical individual and group services, prepare and review case histories, arrange staff in-service training to increase skills for integrated therapeutic and case management of both substance use and mental health treatment. The Program Manager will work to achieve unified and common mission driven goals, conduct quality assurance and utilization review and develop and oversee treatment curriculum.

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct oversight and direct management of Willows Substance Use Treatment Center including client issues/grievances, electronic health record and quality of services.
  • Attend and facilitate team meeting weekly with staff to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve problems and direct and implement changes. Utilize team multi-disciplinary approach to provide best quality services to all participants.
  • Select, train, supervise, motivate and evaluate staff, which includes the yearly review for services provided and oversees the performance of supportive services staff.
  • Ensure compliance which includes quality control, auditing, efficiency/service delivery, electronic/written files and reporting.
  • Oversight of billing software and billing services.
  • Facilitate weekly Intensive Outpatient groups and recovery support groups. Developing and utilizing an evidenced based curriculum and therapeutic process/tools on a variety of relevant topics.
  • Provides individual and family therapy utilizing models/best practices as identified and trained by the agency for use in all programming.
  • Assist in the development of growth for the program through applying to various programs to build revenue and cliental.
  • Other duties as applicable through program development.
  • Supervision of Master-level and Bachelor’s-level interns, as applicable.

Minimum Requirements (Education/Experience/Certificates/Licenses):

  • Master's Degree (M.A., MSW, MS)
  • Flexible work schedule.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Pre-Employment Physical / 2 Step TB Test

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensed as Mental Health professional (i.e. LICSW, LCMHC) and/or MLADC
