Hinckley Allen to Relocate New Hampshire Office to Manchester

Hinckley Allen has announced its intent to sign a lease agreement for 11,095 square feet of office space in Manchester, NH. The firm will relocate its Concord, NH office and 25 NH-based employees to the new office space in Manchester by September 1, 2017 as part of a continued effort to align the firm’s location with its strengths and growth opportunities in New Hampshire and across the Northeast.

“We’re looking forward to this new office space,” said Mark S. McCue, a New Hampshire-based partner and member of Hinckley Allen’s Executive Committee. “With six offices in five Northeast states, our footprint is designed to encourage inter-office collaboration and personal client interactions. Relocating to Manchester will increase our exposure to clients and access to growth markets such as the Seacoast region, Maine, and Greater Boston. Our downtown location and proximity to all that Manchester has to offer is sure to appeal to current and prospective members of our team.”

The space under consideration is located at 650 Elm Street in the heart of New Hampshire’s largest city, and the office space will be renovated this spring and summer to Hinckley Allen’s requirements. Commercial real estate advisors from Cresa have been involved in securing the new office space, while Margulies Perruzzi Architects, one of New England’s leading architectural and interior design firms, will consult on interior design. Plans for interior design include modern elements such as more open, collaborative, and flexible spaces capable of serving multiple functions, as well as uniformly-sized offices for attorneys of all levels. Employees of all levels will be involved in office design decisions.
