Kathryn Skouteris Joins Harvard Pilgrim Health Care as Vice President of New Hampshire Market

(MANCHESTER, N.H.) – Harvard Pilgrim Health Care has named Kathryn Skouteris as vice president of its New Hampshire market with responsibility for all strategic and operational aspects for the organization across the state.
Most recently, Kate served as an attorney at Rath, Young & Pignatelli, PC, representing health care and financial institutions in corporate and regulatory matters. Previously, she served as senior vice president and chief administrative officer at Southern New Hampshire Health System.  Prior to her work in health care, Kate served the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Revenue Administration, first as general counsel and then as assistant commissioner.

“I’m delighted to welcome Kate to Harvard Pilgrim Health Care,” said Beth Roberts, president of commercial business for Point32Health, a combined organization of Harvard Pilgrim and Tufts Health Plan. "With her extensive experience in health care, business management and development, as well as her impressive legal background, Kate is well-suited to lead our New Hampshire market.”

“Joining Harvard Pilgrim Health Care is an amazing opportunity for me to serve New Hampshire members and continue the important work Dr. Brewster has performed during his time with Harvard Pilgrim,” said Kathryn Skouteris. “I’m thrilled to work with the New Hampshire team and the Point32Health leadership to serve our members and support the health and wellness of our communities.”

Kate is a New Hampshire native and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire followed by her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston.

William Brewster, MD, who served as vice president of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care’s New Hampshire market since 2016, announced his retirement earlier this year.
