Learn Yoga with a Yoga for Beginners 6-Week Course!

Join us at Starfire Yoga for this introductory class designed for students who are new to yoga or those who want to revisit the fundamentals of a good practice and to build more confidence. You will learn the basic moves and the foundation to building a good yoga practice. Become stronger and more centered in your body as you develop techniques for safely tailoring each pose to work best for you. In this course you will learn methods to increase breath and body awareness, improve strength and flexibility, and decrease stress levels within mind and body.
You do not need to be flexible to do and/or to benefit from yoga! This practice is for everyone.

Props are available to borrow, but having your own yoga mat would be beneficial. Wear comfortable clothes you'd wear to work out. We will remove our socks when we are on our mats.
