Manchester, May 8, 2017 – Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, recently sold the former home of 4 Star Flooring, a 9,360± square foot mill building located in Manchester, New Hampshire’s vibrant millyard. Doug Martin, of Colliers’ Manchester office, represented the Seller and Barry Hynes and Sue Ann Johnson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Buyer. According to the Hillsborough County registry of deeds, the sale price was $725,000.
MCPHS is a healthcare-focused university with a full spectrum of healthcare programs. The university is expanding their downtown Manchester footprint to support their growing student population.
