Members First Credit Union Pays It Forward For Teacher Appreciation Week
For a limited time, teachers can be reimbursed for classroom supply purchases.

MANCHESTER, NH (May 2, 2019) – In the spirit of Teacher Appreciation Week and in celebration of its 70th anniversary, Members First Credit Union is paying it forward. Beginning May 6th for a limited time, Members First is reimbursing teachers up to $100 for classroom supplies purchased this year.

“School budgets generally run short at the end of the school year and teachers often resort to purchasing classroom supplies with money from their own pockets to provide for their students,” said Bruce Leighton, president and CEO, Members First Credit Union. “To show our gratitude in honor of Teacher Appreciation Week, we’ve developed the Helping Teachers Soar Giveaway. Teachers make a big difference in their students’ lives every day by investing their time and personal resources into their students and giving back to them is our way of saying thanks.”

In total, Members First has set aside $10,000 for qualified teachers who complete a Reimbursement Request Form and present receipt(s) for school supplies purchased this year. Requests will be accepted beginning May 6th until the earlier of when $10,000 is disbursed or May 31, 2019. For more information and complete terms and conditions, please call 603-622-8781 or visit MembersFirstNH.org.
