Scanlon & Zgonis of Colliers Lease 29,100 SF to GiftCash

Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce the lease of 29,100 SF of office and warehouse space at 55 Wentworth Ave, Londonderry, NH to GiftCash.
Dan Scanlon and Vickie Zgonis, of Colliers’ Manchester office, represented the Landlord, Adamian Realty Trust, and Cassandra Farley and Matt Bacon, of SVN The Masiello Group, represented the Tenant.

Adamian also said he was very pleased to have GiftCash as a new tenant and was looking forward to a long and prosperous relationship with them.
GiftCash was founded in 2017 and designed a new platform to buy unused gift cards in a safe and secure process. The company is relocating from Hooksett, NH as part of its growth plans.
