Suzanne joined Devine Millimet in September 2013 and focuses her practice on real estate matters in the areas of commercial real estate and land development, including permitting, planning, resolution of complex title issues, all aspects of financing, purchase and sales of commercial and mixed-use properties, drafting and negotiating leases, easements, as well as foreclosure and bankruptcy work.
