DESCRIPTION:Every year\, we gather as a community at Veteran's Park in Manchester\, NH\, for the annual Walk Against Hunger. Participation in the walk helps prevent and break the cycle of homelessness by supporting families and individuals experiencing food insecurity. Join Families in Transition for our 35th Annual Walk Against Hunger! The walk will take place May 18\, 2025\, at 12 p.m\, starting at Veteran's Park. We will walk a 2.5-mile loop that will tour downtown Manchester and end back at the park to celebrate. The after-party will feature a DJ\, free ice cream\, lawn games\, and more! This is a family-friendly walk\; anyone is welcome to participate and enjoy the day. Be sure to check out our event page for prize raffles and fundraising incentives!
