DESCRIPTION:Attention parents! Be sure to bring your children to the 5th Annual Backpack Giveaway and ID Event at the Tanger Outlet Center in Tilton on Saturday\, August 1 from 11am-2pm. As part of a nationwide effort to provide parents with personal safety IDs & DNA of their children in the event their child isever missing\, parents will receive free fingerprinting\, a photograph and DNA of their children to include in the safety passport in which to maintain the child's current vital statistics. The first 500 children will also receive a free backpack filled with various school supplies provided by participating merchants.
