As a member of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee\, Senator Shaheen is at the forefront of efforts in Washington to create jobs through investing in clean energy and energy efficiency.  Senator Shaheen will discuss the various programs currently in place and other legislative proposals currently under consideration in Congress. Senator Shaheen will be joined by a panel of local business leaders who firsthand have created jobs thanks to new green technologies or are playing a role in preparing the workforce for future green jobs.
