This year’s honorees will include:  JerriAnne Boggis (Harriett Wilson Project*)\, Gandy Dlubac (Families in Transition*)\, Kathleen Reardon (Citizens Bank*) and Addy Simwerayi (Youth Organizers United*) *Affiliation is noted for identification purposes only.
