This is accomplished through a variety of workshops\, classes\, one-on-one business counseling and community events. The WBC office is located in Portsmouth but programs and counseling take place throughout the southern half of the state. Small business owners can attend programs in Concord\, Manchester\, and Portsmouth and all the way up to Wolfeboro where the business counselor meets quarterly with those seeking advice and guidance.
