About Us

Best Buddies International is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to establishing a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment, leadership development, and inclusive living for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). There are over 40 Best Buddies School Chapters in elementary, middle, high school, and colleges throughout the state of NH providing inclusive friendship and leadership opportunities. Best Buddies in New Hampshire also manages the Citizens Adult Friendship Program, where individuals 18 and over a matched in a meaningful, 1:1 friendship between individuals with and without disabilities. Annual events include the Best Buddies Friendship Walks in Concord and Exeter, and the Champion of the Year Galas in Nashua and the seacoast.
