The Granite State Children’s Alliance (GSCA) is dedicated to putting New Hampshire’s child abuse victims first.
We provide a neutral environment where child victims receive essential support, including crucial forensic interviews conducted by trained professionals.
As the New Hampshire Chapter of the National Children’s Alliance, we operate four Child Advocacy Centers (CACs) and provide resources, training, and support to all CACs statewide and extend our impact through outreach and education.
Our multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive care from investigation to healing, helping children step into the future they deserve. At our Manchester-based CAC of Hillsborough County-North, more than 250 child victims and their families each year receive forensic interviews, family advocacy, crisis intervention, mental health therapy and specialized medical exams--all under one roof and always free of charge.
In early 2026, GSCA and our CAC currently located on Sundial Avenue will relocate to our new home on Chestnut Street. Inside this newly-renovated landmark, our state chapter headquarters and CAC will breathe new life into a 150-year-old piece of Manchester's history by providing a permanent home for hope and healing to child victims of abuse.
