About Us

HOTWORX Bedford is a locally owned boutique infrared fitness studio at 5 Kilton Road, Suite 1, Bedford, NH 03110, in Hannaford Shopping Plaza at River and Kilton Roads. We welcome Bedford and Greater Manchester neighbors with 12 workout formats and 24/7 member access.

Explore 30-minute mat-based Hot Pilates, Hot Yoga, Hot Barre None, and resistance-band, core and stretching workouts. For shorter cardio sessions, ride with Hot Cycle, row with Hot Thunder or try the total-body trainer in Hot Blast. These cardio sessions are 15 minutes. A virtual instructor on a screen guides every sauna workout.

Our FX Zone offers free weights and functional strength-training equipment outside the saunas, so members can bring Pilates, yoga, cardio and strength training together in one studio.

We're Katrina and Robbie, and we opened HOTWORX Bedford in 2019. As members of the Greater Manchester Chamber, we're proud to be part of the local business community.
