About Us

YWCA NH has been serving the greater Manchester area since 1920.

We have a simple but profound mission-to eliminate racism and empower women through peace, justice, equity and freedom for all.


Our mission is realized through focused programs in the following areas:

-Domestic violence and sexual violence prevention, education and response (Crisis Services)

-Community education-family, youth and women specific

-Family engagement-parenting groups, resources and support

-Financial literacy and empowerment for women

-Trauma informed services for primary and secondary victims of violence
