The Center for Ethics in Business and Governance (CEBG) announces the launch of its first ethics seminar for senior executives. The contents of this seminar have been informed by the results of a recent survey carried out with over two hundred New Hampshire executives. This highly practical and timely seminar focuses on many contemporary ethical challenges. Throughout the day executive participants will have an opportunity to discuss the ethical challenges that bedevil organizational life. They will have an opportunity to reflect on well-known ethical theories and have an opportunity to explore new theories and creative approaches to new problems. Through case studies, debates and group discussions, important issues such as conflicts of interest, managing of data and the impact on stakeholder relationships will be discussed. Critical seminar take-aways include a working framework for analyzing ethical dilemmas, new insights into the ethics of groups, and a language and strategy for communicating ethical decisions. Facilitated by an experienced group of inter-disciplinary experts, this is an opportunity not to be missed. Registration is required. Space is limited.
