Join Winemaker Amy LaBelle and 603 Brewery's Brewmaster Matt Neff for an exciting wine and beer dinner. Enjoy four courses paired and prepared with LaBelle wine and 603 beer. Amy and Matt will share their reflections and insights on the pairings per course. This educational, engaging, fun wine and beer dinner is sure to delight foodies and wine and beer lovers alike!

Fresh turbot (mild white fish) ceviche cured in 603 Ice Out Blonde Ale (seasonal Spring selection) with pickled shallot and radiccio

Bibb lettuce, mixed greens, citrus segments, red onion and a 603 White Peak IPA vinaigrette
