Millyard Mat Barre Pilates Fusion

Girls at Work, Inc. is excited to introduce a new partnership with Barre Life to offer a Yoga/Pilates Fusion class at our beautiful space in the Amoskeag Millyard building! Our goal is to strengthen the community by providing a mid-week opportunity for wellness and connection. This class will be 45 minutes to accommodate the lunch hour, is appropriate for all levels, and will take place each Wednesday from 12pm-12:45pm.
