Our program will feature a moderated discussion between thought leaders working in HR, healthcare, and top companies leading the way in employee retention and culture during the pandemic. Attendees will be able to submit questions of the panel during the live streamed event to be incorporated into the moderated Q&A. The focus will be on tools and strategy to utilize in 2022 to support a healthy and vibrant company culture, ethos, and working environment for your employees. 

Attendees will leave the event with tangible strategies to employ in the New Year to successfully react to the changing workplace landscape. 

Registered attendees will be sent additional information, including a unique streaming link and agenda, as the date approaches.

Janelle Gorman is the Chief Financial Officer at York IE where she is tasked with financial reporting and analysis, compliance, and financial operations to support and drive growth. This work extends to York IE investments and investment partner accounts. Janelle also works collaboratively with founders and entrepreneurs on financial processes, reporting and analysis, operational management, and growth planning as well as M&A activities. Janelle is an enthusiastic leader driven to achieve targets and raise the bar in a continuous loop. Previously, Janelle was the Chief Financial Officer at TRM Microwave where she successfully led the company through a facility expansion, a maturation of financial operations, reporting and analysis, and the sale of the company - all over a two year span. Previously, she held key operations and finance roles at Oracle and Dyn, where she led finance, audit and business initiatives during significant growth and M&A activity, including the acquisition and integration of Zenedge, a cloud-based, artificial intelligence-driven cybersecurity business. At Dyn, Janelle participated in several acquisitions and corporate integrations, and played a key role in financial diligence that resulted in the strategic acquisition by Oracle. Before joining Dyn, Janelle spent the first part of her career as an accountant with the firm Baker Newman Noyes. In addition to her work at York IE, Janelle serves on the board of directors for Stay Work Play and on the audit committee for New Hampshire Catholic Charities. Janelle has a BS in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire.

Amy Mayo, SHRM-SCP is the Human Resources Manager for PROCON LLC, an award-winning architectural and construction management firm based in Hooksett, New Hampshire. At PROCON, Amy is responsible for leading all HR functions and initiatives working alongside Executive Leadership to develop strategic people strategies and support organizational growth.

As a tenured HR professional, Amy has served a variety of workgroups, both large and small, from front-line to C-Suite, in a variety of industries. Throughout her career, she has designed and facilitated training for current and future organizational leaders, built corporate leadership programs, spearheaded talent acquisition, and employee retention efforts, and successfully led culture transformations improving employee satisfaction levels, employee loyalty, and engagement. Amy’s passion is sharing her knowledge to help others grow and succeed. Capitalizing on her robust background and experience in people operations, training, and leadership, she specializes in people first philosophies.

Amy holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and earned her MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a senior certified professional through SHRM (SHRM-SCP), and a member of Toastmasters international holding her CC and CL designations. Amy is also a facilitator for leadership and development training, sits on the board of the Manchester Area Human Resources Association and is a member of the advisory council for Governor Sununu’s Recovery Friendly Workplace initiative.

 


 

Hilary Holmes Rheaume is an Associate at Bernstein Shur. A tenacious scholar with real-world moxie. Here’s why you’ll enjoy working with her. Hilary brings her own brand of thoughtfulness and determination to every variety of legal challenge. In her litigation practice, she has experience representing clients before both state and federal courts and state agencies, including the Department of Labor, the New Hampshire Human Rights Commission, and the New Hampshire Motor Vehicle Industry Board, to name a few.

Her tenacity and expertise have already brought her clients several victories on appeal, representing pro bono clients before the New Hampshire Supreme Court as well as survivors of sexual violence before the First Circuit Court of Appeals. As a labor and employment attorney, Hilary has honed her problem-solving skills to help find the best solution when faced with tough labor relations problems, and she frequently facilitates training on unlawful harassment in the workplace and serving as a neutral independent investigator. In her former life, Hilary was: A member of the Daniel Webster Scholar Program, the only rigorous, practice-based honors and bar licensing program in the nation, where she was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar Association prior to graduation from law school, a judicial intern with the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, a legal intern with the National Education Association, New Hampshire Educational leadership consultant for a national organization, a volunteer with Epilogos Charites, Inc. for which she took several trips to El Salvador.
She is also committed to civic service and volunteers for a crisis hotline with the YWCA. 

Hilary earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2016 and a Bachelor Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan in 2009. 


Tom Raffio assumed the role of president & CEO of Northeast Delta Dental when he moved to New Hampshire in 1995, after his tenure at Delta Dental of Massachusetts as Senior Vice President.
