Event Description:
University of New Hampshire Professional Development & Training will be hosting a Supervisors Boot Camp on Thursday, July 20 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Holloway Commons at the UNH Durham Campus.
The workshop will include four different sessions which will cover topics such as establishing credibility, maintaining efficient team work, setting achievable goals, and motivating others. Presentations from two industry experts will allow attendees to refresh their supervisory skills while learning some of the most crucial supervisory secrets.
Featured instructors will include Lynne Richards, founder of Leading Generations, a training and leadership development firm, and a member of the National Speakers Association, and Tess George who is the founder and principal of Speakwell, a communication training firm, focusing on communication skills in the workplace.
The boot camp will offer staggered presentation and workshop sessions, allowing attendees to gain meaningful insight as a supervisor and leader, regardless of industry or area of expertise.
