Colliers Helps Send Spaulding High School Student to National FBLA Competition

Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, was contacted by local New Hampshire, high school student, Liam Sullivan, to thank the company for making its valuable New England real estate market research data easily accessible via the Colliers website.  Sullivan is about to graduate from Spaulding High School in Rochester, New Hampshire, and is the President of Marketing and Fundraising in the school’s chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). He recently won the state championship title in the Business Plan event, which focused on establishing and funding a real estate development firm.  He is set to represent New Hampshire at the FBLA’s 2017 National Leadership Conference in Anaheim, California, next month.
 
Sullivan used Colliers’ web accessible research to build his business plan and cited the company throughout the presentation. “I used Colliers International as a main source of information for my business plan. I frequently went to its website to look at market viewpoints. Thank you for being such a valuable source and providing that information for free because it was vital in helping me write my business plan,” said Sullivan.  
 
To prepare for the National Conference, Sullivan reached out to Colliers, inquiring about its interest in sponsoring his trip to Anaheim. The Colliers New Hampshire and Colliers Boston offices are happily supporting his efforts and wish him all the best in the next round of the competition.
