Devine Millimet Welcomes New Litigation Attorney

Devine Millimet is pleased to welcome a new Litigation Attorney to their law firm. With over 20 years of experience, the addition of an individual of this caliber is a great asset to the team.

Mark A. Perkins, a native of New Hampshire, joined the firm on April 10^th, 2023. With a JD from Quinnipiac University School of Law, he brings an extensive knowledge of civil litigation, personal injury, real estate litigation, and more. “I like to think of my role, whether it be in a litigated matter or a real estate transaction, as protecting my clients' rights and seeing they get the best outcome possible based upon the circumstances.” Perkins says. “I believe communicating with the client and keeping them informed is imperative to a successful outcome. I have found that the best way to help my clients navigate the stressful experience of being a party to a lawsuit is to hear their concerns, explain what to expect, set reasonable expectations, and to keep them informed.” The majority of Mark’s legal career was spent in Connecticut, and he is excited to find his way back to New Hampshire with Devine Millimet.
