Ron Magoon, President & CEO, announced today that three new Corporators were recently elected at the bank’s Annual Meeting of Corporators to Franklin Bancorp, MHC, a mutual holding company and parent corporation of Franklin Savings Bank.
The newly elected Corporators are Scott W. Davis, Kimberly R. Edwards and Kyle T. Matzke. A resident of Tilton, Davis is the funeral director at William F. Smart Sr. Memorial Home also located in Tilton. Edwards is a CPA and the owner of Edwards & Associates, CPA based in Northfield, NH. She resides in the town of Canterbury. Matzke is a resident of Franklin and is the former administrator/owner of The Golden Crest, an assisted living facility also located in Franklin.
During his remarks at the meeting, Charles Chandler, Chairman of the Board of Directors stated, “I am pleased and honored to welcome Scott, Kimberly and Kyle as newly appointed Corporators of our holding company. They are successful business people in their respective communities and will serve as great ambassadors for the bank.”
Also during the event, 17 employees were recognized for their years of service and commitment to FSB. The group represents an astounding 260 years of combined years of service. Five years: Amanda Patten, personal banker at the Main Office. Ten years: Virginia Drzewiecki, client relations supervisor with IFA; Megan Gilman, deposit operations specialist; Ken Sawyer, business development officer & regional market manager; Tabitha Gerry, project manager; and David Savastano, VP, commercial loan officer. Fifteen years: Robert Dassatti, AVP, retail lending officer; Renaud Lemon, computer operator; Bruce Quimby, maintenance assistant; Pauline Swensen, customer contact center representative; Keith Laramie, network services technician; Alicia Marceau, commercial loan administrator; and Jennifer Sleeper, personal banker & teller trainer at the Main Office. Twenty years: Renee Gilpatric, mortgage underwriter, and Timothy Moulton, network technician II. Twenty-five years: Susan Pelletier, senior teller at the Bristol office. Thirty-five years: Martha Lefebvre, VP, controller.
