Merchants Fleet Management Names Jeanine L Charlton as New Chief Technology Officer

Merchants Fleet Management has named technology industry veteran Jeanine L Charlton as Chief Technology Officer.
“We launched a global search for the technology industry’s brightest mind with a combination of business savviness and enabling technology thought leadership; we are extremely excited to welcome Jeanine to the Merchants family,” said Brendan P Keegan, Chief Executive Officer.
Charlton has been on the forefront of IT and business integration at technology powerhouses such as DXC Technology, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), and Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Over the past 25 years, she has enabled multiple enterprise and government agencies by transforming and leveraging technology, services, and people to improve financial, customer, and employee metrics. Prior to accepting the CTO position, Charlton served on the Merchants Board of Advisors.
“Jeanine has an extensive executive technology leadership background in automotive, transportation, supply chain & manufacturing. Most importantly for Merchants, Jeanine brings a high-energy, service-first, and collaborative style that will fuel the development of Merchants expanding into the fleet technology space”, stated Keegan.
Charlton will be based in Chicago at the Merchants Customer Innovation Center. “I am honored to be chosen for the position and excited to continue the upward trajectory of Merchants,” stated Charlton. “As a Board Advisor what drew me to Merchants is their infusion of technology and customer service.
