Red Oak Celebrates Completion of High-End Townhome Rental Community in Milford, NH
Manchester, NH (March 23, 2018) -- Red Oak Apartment Homes, LLC, a leader in NH’s multi-family housing industry, today announced the completion of their move-in ready, 16-unit luxury townhome community in Milford NH. The Ridge at Eastern Trails Townhomes project concludes another phase of their popular new construction rental housing venture, The Ridge at Eastern Trails.
The new townhome community, located at 27-37 East Ridge Drive, just off Routes 101 and 101A, includes a mix of 2 and 3-bedroom upscale rental townhomes ranging in size between 1,410 and 2,075 square feet. Each 2 or 3-story home comes equipped with upgrades such as a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and solid surface countertops, luxury wood style flooring, full-sized washer and dryer, central air and heat, tile bathrooms and numerous oversized closets.
“We started out wanting to provide a housing option that has been lacking in the Souhegan Valley and Greater Nashua areas, and what we found is that populations who are looking to rent rather than purchase newer, upscale houses or townhomes, were completely overlooked. This is a niche we knew Red Oak could fill,” says Ron Dupont, President of Red Oak Apartment Homes.
The well-appointed townhomes were built with a focus on energy efficiency, incorporating large windows with above average energy ratings, Energy Star appliances, and high efficiency boilers and A/C units, all with the comfort of Red Oak’s future residents in mind.
Says Dupont, “A standard we apply to every property we build or buy is to upgrade it to make it as energy efficient as we can. Our goal is to make our residents feel as comfortable, happy and at home in their apartments as possible, for years to come. That means no cold drafts or high water bills. The final phase of The Ridge at Eastern Trails project will be a third apartment building similar to the first two that were built last year by Red Oak. The construction of this last building, which comprises beautiful luxury studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments, is well underway and is expected to be completed this June. There is already a waitlist, and pre-leasing will begin on a date TBD.
