February's Network PM will take place at the Child Health Services building at 1245 Elm Street, which is about to undergo a $1 million renovation to improve safety and handicap access. Learn more about how the pediatric practice of Manchester Community Health Center provides health care for a stronger community.
Manchester Community Health Center (MCHC) is a nonprofit 501( c )( 3 ) organization offering comprehensive health care since 1993. As a FQHC, MCHC offers high-quality, comprehensive, and family-oriented primary health care and support services to eliminate health disparities and expand access to care. Now joined with Child Health Services and the West Side Neighborhood Health Center, MCHC serves about 16,000 patients in Greater Manchester.
