Employment laws, regulations, and enforcement: What's likely to change and what's not.
 
The results of our recent Federal and State elections could cause a lot of changes in the New Hampshire workplace, or maybe not? What should employers expect and what should they do now to prepare. Come to this lunch and learn to figure out how to help your company move forward in these changing times.
 
Topics may include: Wages: minimum wage and overtime; Benefits: Affordable Care Act & wellness programs; OSHA/workplace safety; Leaves: paid and unpaid; anti-discrimination and harassment; non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality; NLRB and right to work; immigration; reporting requirements; non-poaching agreements; and information exchanges between employers.
