Cancellations received after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellation requests may be emailed to programs@manchester-chamber.org. Refunds will be issued in the form the payment was received. Refunds will not be available for registrants who do not attend an event and have not followed the above cancellation policy.

A tradition that first began in 1954, the Greater Manchester Chamber Annual Dinner and Citizen of the Year Celebration is an evening of celebrating and recognizing one outstanding individual that demonstrates exemplary vision, civic pride, and commitment to the betterment of the Manchester community. This event has been awarded Best of Business NH - Best Networking Event for two consecutive years, and has won a national Award in Communications Excellence by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives.
This year we are thrilled to honor Paul LeBlanc as our next Citizen of the Year. As President & CEO of Southern New Hampshire University, Paul has driven prolific, progressive, and positive impact on both a global scale, and here in Manchester. Paul represents the very essence of the Citizen of the Year award as someone who has achieved business success while giving selflessly to the community. We will be honoring Paul at our 2023 Citizen of the Year Celebration, presented by the Elliot, on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown.
