Join Families in Transition-New Horizons on Sunday, May 19, for our 29th Annual 5K Walk Against Hunger! New this year we’ve added an opportunity to participate in our 5K Series! Our Walk Against Hunger is the first of three 5K events in 2019! Your participation is helping raise money to support homeless families and individuals and those facing food insecurity in our community.
