Each June, Liberty House, the veteran services program of CCNH, hosts their annual golf fundraiser, in support of their work and mission helping homeless and struggling veterans build stable, self-sufficient futures by connecting them to available resources and providing a safe, substance-free transitional house. Whether you're an avid golfer or a beginner, there's a place for you in this scramble format tournament.
