Attendance is free but registration is required! Click here to register on Eventbrite.
With New Hampshire real estate prices still near an all-time high and interest rates having doubled over the past year, the American Dream of homeownership might seem out of reach for some. This program will be a discussion on the creative strategies that young professionals, or anyone for that matter, can employ to overcome the current economic challenges to still buy a quality home within budget.
The program will be moderated by Tyler York of GYK Antler and Big Brick Productions. The all-star panel will include the three following individuals:
- Nick Gray - Multifamily investor/broker, owner of Gray Property Group, former “house hacker"
- Jodie Nazaka - Manchester Economic Development Director and former City Planner, 2-time “house hacker"
- Tim Moreau - Single-family investor/flipper, owner of Olive Investments, DEKA engineer
This event is scheduled for Thursday, December 15th from 4 PM to 6 PM at the Greater Manchester Chamber (54 Hanover Street in Manchester). The program will run from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM, allowing for 30 minutes of social time and networking before and after the panel discussion.
