The focus of this six-week group is to:
- Learn to recognize anger triggers
- Learn effective methods of communication
- Learn problem solving strategies in anger-provoking situations
WHEN: Six (6) Wednesday evenings from 5:30-7:00 p.m. beginning January 19, 2011

COST: $200.00 - Most insurances accepted. Full payment is due at registration. Group will be limited to 8.

All participants are to be prescreened prior to fight night of group. This group does NOT meet the qualifications for court ordered anger management.
