She received her Masters degree from UNH in Business and has her Strategic HR Certification from SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management). Alison has worked in HR and Operations for over a decade. When Alison is not on-site supporting clients or putting out fires remotely she can be found outdoors. She loves hiking, biking, and snowmobiling at her second home in Rangely, ME. She may also be seen walking a rail trail with her Pitbull, fur baby Kona.
Toni Runci, Co-founder and Owner of BlueLion
She has her undergrad in Business and her Masters in Human Resources from SNHU. She holds a certification in HR from HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute) and SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management). She has worked in HR for over 13 years in multiple industries. When she is not working with clients she is spending time with her family, or searching for historical covered bridges with her husband.
