Business owners or anyone who deals with businesses owners are invited to attend a free workshop on Buy-Sell Agreements presented by Attorney Rob Wolf on Thursday, September 25, 2008, from noon to 1:30pm at the Amoskeag Business Incubator in Manchester. The workshop will explore the many facets of buy-sell agreements including types, purposes, benefits, deadlocks, valuation and tax implications. The presenter, Attorney Rob Wolf, is an associate attorney and business development manager for Shaines & McEachern, PA, of NH, ME and MA. His focus is on business formation and organization, operations and financial management, asset workouts and restructurings, “turnarounds,” bankruptcies, business mergers and acquisitions, sales and liquidations as well as commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Wolf holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Boston University, a law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center, and an MBA from the Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University in Boston.
