Completing documents correctly is crucial to a smooth shipment of your
product to your international customer. Depending on the method of
payment the accuracy of these documents can have a direct bearing on
your getting paid. In this day long seminar we will cover all of the aspects
of producing the documents needed for any of your customers
around the world.
This workshop will cover:
— The ins and outs of Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, SLI’s
— Pro-forma invoices
— AES (Automated Export System) and SEDs to EEIs
— Payment methods
— How to fill out your documents when using a Letter of Credit
— How to fill out your documents when using a State/Commerce
Department License
— Documentation required for hazardous materials, ITAR governed
products and other closely regulated items
— Country specific Certificates of Origin, including NAFTA Countries
— Pre-shipment inspections
