Join us for the DEI Forum: Retention Through Belonging presented by Citizens


This virtual forum focuses on the successes of key Chamber members and community partners who have successfully advanced DEI initiatives within the community, their company, and overall ethos.

This program will showcase how attendees can take the successful strategies of our presenting members to better promote DEI and to further encourage a sense of belonging within their own organizations. The theory is that when employers, educators and community groups emphasize a culture of belonging and equity within their organizations, they are more likely to retain their workforce and stakeholders while also being a part of the solution in closing the opportunity gap.
