In this session, we will move the conversation into strategies that nonprofit leaders can use to elevate the quality and impact of their boards governance practices. We'll discuss the elements involved in the “Governance as Leadership” model that most high-performing boards practice today, which involves board members in three core roles; Strategic, Fiduciary, and Generative (or sense-making).
