This is an opportunity to step away from the busy workday, reconnect with familiar faces, meet the Guardian clinical and office team, and get to know others throughout our community. We'll have case managers, physician offices, hospital teams, social workers, financial professionals, senior service organizations, and other community partners joining us for great food, casino games, raffles, and plenty of laughs.
