We’ll teach you the Zen of Brownies. How to craft them to your taste, select the right chocolate, infuse them with flavor, change the flavor and texture. Roll up your sleeves and learn to make Zen Brownies at Dancing Lion Chocolate.

Class Description

Baking Zen Brownies is a hands-on course for the home baker that will teach you fundamental brownie techniques and chemistry, and how to create the brownie of YOUR dreams. There will be plenty to bring home after the class!
