A seminar addressing the requirements that both large and small businesses must deal with in order to be fully compliant with both Federal and State EEO legislation. At the present time, the work environment is the most complex and challenging in U.S. labor history. This seminar will touch upon relevant State and Federal laws, threading of national legislation directly back to New Hampshire laborlaws, recent changes in N.H. labor law, and where to go to get information about specific legal concerns and workplace compliance issues.
