On Wednesday, September 26 from 5:00 to 6:00 pm, the Manchester Police Athletic League (MPAL) is hosting an informational meeting to introduce its new Community Board. Members of the Greater Manchester community are invited to attend to learn about MPAL and how you can support the at-risk youth served by the organization.
