The Innovation Simulation Workshop immerses participants in an experimental learning simulation that engages them as an employee of a company producing locally while competing in a global economy.  Participants identify their individual thinking styles and explore how to successfully participate in a high performing work team that utilizes a structured approach to solve the "customer's tough problem."  Participants will create new product innovations that will generate revenue and realize profit in a highly competitive market.
